Home Haircare — 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a Hair Surgeon home-care product and it isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, even if you have tried the product.

To qualify, the product must be substantially full and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns of products that have been excessively used or are substantially empty.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Professional Products

Products marked For Professional Use Only are intended exclusively for qualified licensed professionals.

Unopened professional products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For safety, quality-control, and professional-use reasons, opened or used professional products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sale & Promotional Items

Unless specifically marked Final Sale, promotional and discounted home-care products remain eligible under our 14-day return policy.

Items specifically identified as Final Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and will need to follow the applicable return process.
